Terms of Service for my poetry shop

How to order a book or a handwritten poem?

Write me an email or use this order form for your order request.
Choose between PayPal and bank transfer as payment method. (All prices
plus shipping. Poems come without frame.) Write to petersen(at)j-c-p.eu.

Next, I will send you an invoice attached to an e-mail. Depending on where you live, shipping will cost an extra €3.00 (inside Germany) or €7.20 (international).

When I receive your payment, we have a deal. After your money has been transferred, I will send you the poem(s) and/or the books. Please note: The envelope has a tracking number, the poem(s) will NOT be folded, and they come without frame. All prices on this website include taxes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can return all products that you purchase from my webshop up to 14 days after delivery. Send me notice within that time frame. If you find legitimate physical defects in the goods, report them immediately. First, I will try to provide suitable replacements. Depending on where you live, refunds and sendig back goods can be disproportionate expensive. I am not taking care of any additional shipping costs that might occure to you, when you send goods back.

PRIVACY
The personal information you provide will be used only for the purpose of processing your order. Your data will not be passed on to third parties or used in any other way. You have the right to have your data deleted or changed. Write me, should this be the case.
